The Ada County Sheriff's Office contact page is not the payment portal, but law-enforcement contact records may matter when a citation came from ACSO or a contract-policing city.

Court Traffic Records vs Driver Records
The court traffic record and the state driver record are different files. The Ada County court file explains what happened in the citation case. The IDOC Resident/Client Search is not a traffic record source, but it may become relevant if a traffic-related criminal sentence results in state custody or supervision.
Keep custody searches separate from traffic citation records unless the traffic case has moved into criminal sentencing or supervision.
Ada County Driver Status Checks
Idaho DMV's driver status lookup is a separate public tool for license status. It requires identity fields and returns status rather than the court docket. A driver license record is broader.
